OK, 502 better than 501. probably because it was more calleigh-centric than angsty!horatio-centric, which generally only leads to over-the-top-ness and long drawn out pauses. this episode really only did further to convince me of the calleigh/ryan ship. (i swear she called him 'babe' in that one scene. i'm convinced of it.)
secondly, it looks like the writers are trying to rekindle the delko/boa vista ship before they drop the big bomb of the abusive ex coming back (it's no secret. they haven't -not- referred to him since the beginning of the season.) so that eric can rush in and save her, and while i love hero!eric, i really wish he would do it for someone else (calleigh, valera, anyone.) because i really can't -stand- boa vista's character.
speaking of valera...where are you, my love?

 is it really bad that i loved that whole calleigh/tripp moment in there? i think i'm becoming a closet CT shipper.
